How To Get Help

Controlled beta users should use the support contact provided in their invitation or the configured support link shown by the deployed service.

Before external beta invitations, the deployment must configure PCD_SUPPORT_EMAIL or PCD_SUPPORT_URL so support is not dependent on repository-local placeholders.

What To Include

  • Account email or tenant identifier when safe.
  • Project or client_run_id when available.
  • Short description of the issue and current launch phase.
  • Billing invoice reference if the question is about payment.

Do Not Send

Do not send passwords, API tokens, Stripe secrets, private keys, or raw customer payment details.

Use the billing portal or configured support route for account and subscription questions.
