Cancellation

When subscription billing is enabled, cancellations are handled through the configured billing portal or support channel.

Cancellation usually stops renewal at the end of the current billing period unless a separate agreement or applicable law requires a different result.

Refunds

Refund requests are reviewed case by case, including duplicate charges, billing errors, or service access issues.

PCD does not promise refunds for unused beta capacity, output preferences, platform performance, or campaign results unless required by law or a separate agreement.

Billing Support

Include the account email, invoice reference if available, and a short description when requesting billing help.

Do not send card numbers, secret keys, or private credentials through support messages.
