Live paid access is enabled only when the target deployment has explicit Stripe configuration, tenant subscription evidence, quota profiles, and support processes.
Customers receive access to supported PCD launch workflows, guided project preparation, generation where gates allow, artifact sync, publish package readiness, and support for their configured plan.
PCD does not sell guaranteed performance, guaranteed virality, direct platform posting, or guaranteed output quality.
Generation can be blocked by account, billing, quota, runtime, or missing input conditions.
Metering occurs only after successful launch generation submission in supported paths. Blocked preflight does not meter usage.
