Allowed Use

Use PCD to create lawful creative planning, scripts, captions, campaign assets, and delivery packages for content you are allowed to produce.

Respect third-party rights, platform rules, privacy, consent, and applicable laws.

Prohibited Use

• Illegal activity, fraud, spam, malware, credential theft, or abusive automation.
• Misleading claims about products, earnings, health, finance, regulated services, or guaranteed social performance.
• Non-consensual intimate content, impersonation, harassment, hate, exploitation, or unsafe identity manipulation.
• Uploads or prompts that violate intellectual property, privacy, confidentiality, or platform terms.

Enforcement

PCD may block, throttle, suspend, remove, or review usage that appears unsafe, abusive, illegal, or destabilizing.

Controlled beta gates are designed to fail closed when a workflow, provider, billing state, or artifact cannot be validated.
