These pages are beta-ready product disclosures for PCD LABS LLC. Final public launch legal review remains a documented release gate.
PCD may process account identifiers, session data, billing status, prompts, intent text, workflow selections, uploaded media, factual media metadata, generated artifacts, job status, and operational logs.
Media-aware launch flows use factual metadata and user-provided context. PCD does not claim product recognition, face detection, brand detection, emotion analysis, or scene understanding unless those capabilities are separately certified.
Data is used to operate the service, prepare launch projects, enforce runtime and billing gates, generate artifacts, provide support, maintain security, and troubleshoot controlled beta failures.
Billing data may be processed by Stripe when billing is enabled. PCD status surfaces expose only safe billing state, not secret keys or raw sensitive provider payloads.
Retention depends on the configured beta environment, artifact storage, and account tier. Local/dev storage is not treated as durable production retention.
