Data Retention

PCD retains essential operational data to support audits, billing, and service reliability. Retention windows may vary by tier and regulatory requirements.

• Artifacts and render outputs: retained per your tier policy or until deleted.
• Operational logs and audit trails: retained for compliance and security monitoring.
• Account requests: export and deletion requests are queued and handled by support.

To request deletion or export, use the Account screen. Backup copies may persist for a limited period after deletion.
